Just Meat Smoke & BBQ is a halal American Smokehouse that started in Waltham Cross with a simple focus — good meat, cooked properly.

 

From day one, the approach has stayed the same. No overcomplication, no shortcuts — just quality cuts, real fire, and consistency.

 

Unlike most restaurants that rely on external suppliers, everything here starts just steps away from our original Waltham Cross branch. Our butcher, Just Meat, prepares every cut in-house before it ever reaches the kitchen.

 

That level of control means consistency in every dish and a standard we don’t compromise on.

 

As things grew, so did the setup. Southgate followed, offering a larger space and a more complete dine-in experience, while keeping the same approach across everything we do.

 

From brisket and ribs to burgers and plates made fresh to order, the focus has always stayed the same — keep it simple and get it right.
